This kept me from having to have orthoscopic surgery. They like to give you two or three of those, and then they tell you you have bone on bone, and we better go ahead and give you a new knee. They did some strange things to my poor leg, and made me walk forever to get some x-rays. I didn't even go to the first orthoscopic surgery - I thought, let's see if we can do this naturally. So I started looking online. Using it (BFST) three times a day, I didn't have surgery, I have no pain, and my meniscus grew back. And I sing the praises of this company to everybody who tells me they're in pain. If you have questions, the awesome ladies are there to answer, and it's like calling customer service in the United States in the 60s or 70s.
