My experience with the King Therapy cold and BSTF shoulder wraps has been extremely positive. Having lived with recurring rotator cuff injuries (in both shoulders) for 20+ years, I'd done the physical therapy thing enough to know what exercises to do and how to use heat and cold therapy to promote healing. I just didn't have the appropriate tools because the should is tough to cover. The King shoulder harness answered that problem. I am a fitness instructor and I walk many mornings a week. I was having a difficult time teaching my classes and doing my walking.
