I want to start by thanking you for the wonderful education and products you provide for frozen shoulder. About two years ago I was suffering from frozen shoulder on my left side. I invested in your "Top Shoulder On The Go" pack and couldn't be happier. The only way I was able to sleep was with the gel pack on my shoulder at bedtime.
I really think your products are great, and your information is really good. Every time you're injured, doctors just want to do surgery. It's really nice to see that there really are things that work. A little time and perseverance. My frozen shoulder is all gone!
I purchased your miracle Top Shoulder Wrap in 2019 when I had surgery due to recurring frozen shoulder. I underwent 2 surgeries in within 3 months on my right shoulder. Your wrap got me through the most painful time period of my life.
Several years ago I bought the arm version of it. Two of my shoulders, I had frozen shoulders. Physical therapy did not help, I was in there 3 times a week it did not help and I saw your product and that's what healed me. Just want to let you know. I'm buying this for my husband and my daughter.
I used this system for frozen should and it really, really helped a lot with the pain and getting the circulation.
Your e-mail arrived after the first really good night's sleep I have had in the three months since my total shoulder replacement surgery. Recovery and healing were on schedule, but finding a comfortable position to sleep was proving difficult. Apparently I have a bad habit of sleeping on my side with my right (new shoulder) arm flung out behind me. Each day, I would awake wondering why my shoulder was painful and stiff. Your Cold Cure wrap has solved my problem. It is comfortable yet holds my arm in a restricted position as I sleep. I used a refrigerated, not frozen pad to fall asleep. When I awoke this morning, it had naturally warmed up. In fact, somewhere in the night the cool pad absorbed my body heat and was like a heating pad. It is a godsend. Now I truly feel on the road to a complete recovery! The quality and ease of use is also top notch.
I purchased the side should wrap a few years ago to heal a rotator cuff injury on my right shoulder and it really helped!

I know the BFST works. My knee was killing me a few years ago and I ordered the knee one and its done wonders for me. And now my wife is using it, she has arthritis from what the surgeon has told her. She's been using that and its been doing wonders for her. Plus I ordered a foot BFST and its done amazing things to get me back on my feet again. So I know your products really work!
I swear by your products. I use them off and on. I was a tennis player and now pickleball. I've avoided the knife and physicals therapy doctors in the past. I've given the company to a number of people. There good, I like your technology.

I recently had some shoulder discomfort, so I ordered the ice wrap for my shoulder. The discomfort seems to have gone away, so I haven't started using the wrap yet. I went to the doctor last week and I've been using the product for about 3 weeks now. It's definitely gotten better. This is my 3rd wrap from you guys, Its already fixed my knee and elbow issues, and all that pain is gone. I'm assuming the same is going to happen with the shoulder. I got confidence, just got to give it more time.
I have used the shoulder wrap and now am using the ankle wrap with great success.
The cold back works really well on my shoulder and elbow, it seems like if I get those two areas under control, my wrist and my hand don't ache as bad. I do have to say since I've started the cold pack, I have seen a decrease in pain which is phenomenal because its pain every second, of every minute, of every day since November. This is definitely a great product, and it makes it even better having someone I get to talk to. I've recommended already to a couple people who have knee and other related issue too. Honestly its the only things that's really relived the pain so far. Thank you again.
I actually got one of your BFST Wraps a couple years ago for my shoulders. I got to say, I can lift my straight up over my head now so it had to have been due to the BFST. Its A+++
The instructions I found to be confusing, but after a quick call with Customer Service, they walked me through how to wear it, and all my questions were answered.
I love your wraps because I can use my Knee Wrap on my wrist, feet, elbow, shoulder, very versatile!

The newest version of Shoulder wrap uses more power and the battery doesn't last as long as other wraps because of this. I get only 4 treatments per charge. A little disappointed the life isn't longer.

Your product is excellent. I have 4 clients who have ordered products from you. It works for me. I couldn't move my arm. Now I can raise my arm over my head and it's only been a month. It's worked very well for me. People recommend things that work.
Well I'm really happy with it
With one hand, it's challenging to get the shoulder wrap on. The gel packs were difficult to get into the wrap the first few times.
These have been such a blessing to me and I've bought them for other people, and bought one for my grandson one time. Thank you so much.

I just feel kudos are due for the nice gentleman at Customer Service. The times I've called & he is there, he is informative, has a calm demeanor & easy to talk to. I have returned part of my 5 pack & will be evaluating whether to keep the rest of the pack, but either way, it is always nice to know your company is represented by somebody so congenial & polite. My knee wrap is wonderful, it works great and it does help. Because I had a torn meniscus, and it really has helped. Now I use it sporadically, at least once a week, and I don't have any problems with my knees.

I have been using the knee product for probably three weeks now. I've gone from being in a wheelchair to using a cane to pretty much walking on my own. I no longer have pain , I do get a little tight feeling. And I really feel your products are a miracle. I do the treatment 4 days a day along with a lot of rest. This is been an amazing experience. I will be ordering your shoulder product as I also have a torn rotator cuff, which has been healing since last November. I cannot say enough about your company and your products.
